I started my solar journey with 9 companies. After researching the actual business end of the companies, I was down to 4 companies. Once I discussed options, battery backup, longevity of equipment, installation specifications, only one company, Argent Solar Electric, and one representative, Craig Bloom, provided detailed answers to my questions. The use of top-of-the-line equipment, a highly qualified in-house installation team (mine was led by their lead electrician; he is a rock star), and competitive pricing again confirmed my selection as THE BEST. Argent and Craig are easily the top team for solar and battery systems. Tell them Tom sent you. You will be glad you did.

After getting quotes from 4 companies, we decided to go with Argent Solar, and so far we couldn’t be happier. Craig, the salesperson was very responsive to returning calls, showed up promptly for all appointments, answered all of our questions, exceeded our expectations and was just overall wonderful to work with. Out of the 4 bids, Argent was the lowest. However, we chose them more based on the fantastic reviews that they get from all of their customers; the lowest price was just an added bonus. We signed the contract the end of June. They installed the system in July. The work crew that came to install was professional and courteous. The system was turned on in early September after the county and the APS inspection process was completed. Argent handled all the coordination with APS and the County. So far, the system is working well; with no problems. Another big plus in my opinion was that Argent Solar only wanted $1000 up front; and did not ask for the remainder until the system was installed, fully inspected and running. This is very different from the other companies we got quotes from, who wanted all the money prior to the county and APS inspection and prior to the system being functional. I remember reading a lot of nightmare stories online about people who had paid for their systems from other companies and yet months later their system was still not operational, so I was very pleased with this arrangement. Overall, the entire process was just so easy and seamless. I would highly recommend Argent Solar if you are looking at putting solar on your house.

We had been 'harassed' by several solar companies for the past 4 years. We decided to go to the Argent Solar workshop/seminar, and Craig Bloom was the presenter. His presentation was clear and concise and eased our minds about the misinformation we had been receiving. He was so informative and personal, I invited him to my home to make the presentation to my husband. He came out twice and provided feedback with current materials to help us make our decision to select Argent Solar. All of the facts Craig described have been factual and positive. He did not try to recommend us to purchase what we did not need. I thought we needed a battery; he said we did not based on our electric usage. He did not make us feel harassed or hounded; he allowed us to make our decision and contact him when we did. Our installation worked well. We've received our statements; so far, the past 2 months have gone well, based on the professional feedback Craig provided. Our bill has already gone down. The installers were great, and on time; everything that has happened has been painless. I would recommend Argent Solar & Craig Bloom to anyone. Thanks.

I received quotes from two solar companies. I chose to go with Argent Solar. They were also the most often recommended from fellow PebbleCreek residents. Charlie Miller is a professional; he answered all my questions and more I didn’t know I had. I asked him about a battery, and he talked me out of it because the cost currently outweighed the benefits. Charlie had the installation scheduled within a week. The installers were great and on time. The process from there was also easy. Charlie had told me it would take 5 weeks from start to finish. It actually took a little less. I look forward to my electric bills starting to go down!

A friend recommended Argent and their salesman Craig. He was super knowledgeable and—much to my surprise—talked me out of getting a battery system (for now). Never in my life has a salesman talked me out of something he could sell me! That was a huge trust builder and will make Argent my go-to when I do get a battery. Once I decided to pull the trigger all I had to do was sign some SRP forms and the check at the end. They handled all the permits, coordination with SRP, installation, and commissioning. Now my net energy use is negative. Argent is tied for the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I really couldn't be any happier.

Very smooth process starting with the contact agent Charlie Miller, who I was referred to by several people in my Pebble Creek community in Goodyear. Charlie walked me through the whole process on the first visit, showing me the pros and cons of getting the solar panels, and giving me costs of install and projected savings for power bills in the future. The installation crew was quick and quiet and very respectful of us living there while work was being done. They were also very communicative of checking in and out for the day, very professional. The whole process from paperwork to the permit process to the installation and finally to the solar panels being switched on by APS took only 30 days, and now my panels are stacking up the solar power units to be used efficiently throughout the year. Charlie took care of the whole process until it was done, the only thing I had to do was sign the original paperwork! I am so glad I committed to Argent Solar Electric and being a greener person while also saving lots of my hard-earned money going to the power company!

After years of debating, my wife and I finally decided to have a solar system installed in our home. If you are reading this review, you are probably facing the same dilemma. Are you going to do it or not? I can only say that we wished we would have done it much earlier. Once we decided that we wanted to do it the other obstacle was “who do we want to hire for the job?” I had the system installed in mid-March. The reason I waited this long before writing a review is that I wanted to wait and see that everything was working fine and to avoid being caught in the euphoria that you experience when you buy a new toy. We finally decided to hire Argent Solar as our installer. Without a doubt, we lucked out with this company. Everything about this company is top-notch. Our sales consultant Craig Bloom is one of the main reasons why we chose Argent Solar. His approach is straightforward, and he provides you with all the necessary information without creating that typical pressure that you get from “salespeople”. But I must say that it was a pleasure to interact with everyone at Argent. From the person who scheduled our appointment to the team that did the actual installation. In conclusion, this review is tailored to potential customers but also to Argent management. Companies need to have good products but the most valuable assets that companies have are their people. Charlie with ARGENT SOLAR is the man who will educate and shoot it to you straight. He will not oversell/overproduce your household needs. He came to our home and made our solar buying experience very memorable! He was here the day they put the panels on the roof and the day we flipped the switch to turn them on. We signed just before Christmas and had our panels on the roof by the end of January. We actually got his name from APS when I had called asking all kinds of questions about solar. Hands down Charlie is the one to call!

We bought a house in Goodyear in October 2021, and decided that we should look into solar. (We already have solar and geothermal installed at our permanent home). We are Canadian and did the installation with our Sales Rep, Charlie Miller. First of all, Charlie is a very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest person and he will tell you the straight goods. Between the responsive and polite office support staff (Africa Cota and Dawn Waterfield) and Charlie—this implementation went as smoothly as could be expected—all while I was back in Canada and no one was at our house.
